2018年初，经过深入探讨，亚太设计师大赛组委会决议本届活动主题为：“会聚全球华人设计力量，弘扬东方人居文化理念”。大赛的宗旨是提升亚太地区设计水平，提携优秀设计师，助推亚太地区设计产业的发展与繁荣，团结全球华人设计师力量与国家“粤港澳大湾区”及“一带一路”政策接轨。

At the beginning of 2018, after discussion,the committee of the Asia Pacific Designer Contest decided that the theme ofthis event was: "To gather the design power of global Chinese people andcarry forward the cultural concept of Oriental settlement". The aim of thecontest is to enhance the design level in the asiapacific region,supportoutstanding designers,boost the development and prosperity of the designindustry in the asiapacific region, and unite the global Chinese designers tointegrate with the national policies of "guangdong-hong kong-macao greaterbay area" and "One Belt And One Road".

2018亚太设计师大赛自3月启动以来，吸引来自中国、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、澳大利亚、美国等国家的设计师踊跃投递参赛作品，大赛组委会共收到参赛作品2968份，本次大赛有多个作品获奖，受到设计行业的高度重视。

Since the launch of the 2018 Asia Pacific DesignersContest in March, designers from China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand,Australia, the United States and other countries have actively submittedentries, the committee has received a total of 2,968 entries.

经过专业评审层层筛选，最终上上国际（香港）设计有限公司参赛作品《重庆首创嘉陵销售中心》荣获会所空间（工程类）“钻石奖"；参赛作品《琼海博鳌印象二期》荣获商业空间（工程类）“至尊奖"；参赛作品《重庆奉节天怡国宾大饭店》荣获酒店空间（工程类）“至尊奖"；深圳曾宪明室内设计有限公司荣获“2018亚太地区十大杰出设计机构"大奖！

After rigorous and professional screening,the club space (engineering) project “The Chongqing Shouchuang Jialing” won “TheDiamond Award"; the business space (engineering) "The Qionghai Boaoimpression II " won “The Supreme Prize";the hotel space (engineering)work "The Chongqing Fengjie hotel" won “The Supreme Prize"; The ShenzhenZeng xianming Interior Design Compamy won  the honorary title of "The top ten designagencies in Asia Pacific region in 2018"!
